Eric and the Paradas Cleaning Services team are a dream to work with! Their can-do approach to their scope sets the bar and they get it done. I've partnered with them on several construction projects and they've closed out each project leaving a very messy and dusty construction site looking brand new - whether it's an office or a large warehouse. Eric is so easy to work with, quick to respond, and has a professional team always ready to schedule.

We hired this Paradas Cleaning Team for a post-construction clean on our new home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The attention to detail was incredible — they tackled all the dust, debris, and construction residue, leaving the place absolutely spotless and move-in ready. Eric was super helpful throughout the entire process. He was professional, responsive and made sure everything was done to perfection. If you’re looking for a reliable and thorough cleaning team for new construction homes, this is the one to go with. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Experience with Parada’s Cleaning Services!

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience my wife and I had with Parada’s Cleaning Services. Referred to us by our agent and already on my radar through Instagram, I had high expectations—and they exceeded every single one.

Our home, which took over 2.5 years to complete, was left without any post-construction deep cleaning by the builders and developers. Eric and his father met with me a week prior to assess our property, discuss our needs and expectations, and thoroughly explain their process from A to Z. Their professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail during our initial meeting left me confident to move forward with scheduling a deep cleaning service for both the interior and exterior of our home.

This morning, a crew of eight arrived 30 minutes early for our scheduled 8 AM appointment and worked tirelessly until 3:30 PM. Within the first two hours, I told my wife, "This is only two hours in, but wow—they are absolutely amazing!" And I knew there was still so much more to come.

Every promise was not only met but exceeded. The team’s meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for our home, especially considering we moved in only three weeks ago, left us speechless. They treated every item and piece of furniture with the utmost respect and care. From pressure washing the entire exterior—including windows, screens, garage, gates, and every surface imaginable—not a single square inch was overlooked.

The crew worked seamlessly together, demonstrating incredible teamwork and communication. It was clear they were not just colleagues but a close-knit group of family and friends, each with their own specialties. They took the time to point out things to my wife and me—both the expected and the unexpected—and handled everything with professionalism and pride.

Our home is truly glowing, and I cannot recommend Parada’s Cleaning Services enough. They have gained lifelong clients in us, and we fully intend to bring them back at least once a year for a deep clean. I've already shared their outstanding work with our developer, other contractors, neighbors, friends, and family.

As a small token of our appreciation, we treated the entire crew to lunch, but it still feels like we owe them so much more for their hard work, positive energy, and dedication to ensuring our complete satisfaction.

Whether you've just completed construction, recently moved in, or need to refresh your home, do yourself a favor and hire Parada’s Cleaning Services. They have set the bar for our regular weekly cleaning services and have truly redefined what excellence looks like.

A huge thank you to Eric, Saul, Danny, and the entire crew for transforming our home today. Your passion, professionalism, and pride in your work made all the difference.

Eric and his crew did a nice job cleaning up my newly renovated 2500 sq ft single family home. I was able able to call and schedule them the same week. Highly recommended Eric and his crew.
